Giclée Canvas Printing From Your Image Send me your photo or artwork or negative or digital file (as a CD or by email as a jpeg) and I will print it on high grade cotton canvas and send it back to you ready to hang on your wall. Prices start at £35 for 12”x14". Any size can be printed up to 40x80. The image can be wrapped around the frame or left with a white edge, please state preference. Also, images can be divided into doubles triples or quarters and hung with a small gap. Details can be deleted or added and colour enhanced. An email image is sent back to you for approval before any printing is carried out.
Scanning your artwork
It is possible, with the Giclée process, to reproduce paintings of any medium extremely accurately, at any size, either on fine art paper or canvas. The best way to achieve this is for a high resolution scan to be made. I can make prints from scans provided by you but to ensure an accurate colour balance, I need to have the original for comparison. So ideally, I would scan the original and provide a proof for approval. Watercolours are virtually indistinguishable from the original. Oil paintings can present problems, so that a slight compromise sometimes has to be made in the final colour balance but as a proof is provided, the final decision to print is yours. The cost of scanning starts at £15 for up to size A3, about 12x16 inches. Any size image can be scanned.
